Model and Talent Management Agency is the agency division of the John Casablancas Centers. John Casablancas was the founder of the Elite Model Management Agency, the largest modeling and talent agency in the world. Elite has represented most of the worlds top supermodels. The MTM agencies were created to serve the graduates of the John Casablancas Modeling and Career Centers and the other qualified models and actors in the local market.

Each MTM Agency is staffed by an experienced and highly qualified agency director whose Job it is to develop client relationships and match models and talent to specific job assignments. Agency Staff members are able to draw on the well-respected MTM name to attract local and national clients and a large number of assignments to the Agency. These clients have come to rely on the national network that MTM offers when assignments include campaigns in many different cities.
